My experience wasn't great. the room had a musty smell. I really hate the mildew odor. also, the staff rarely offered a genuine smile. A smile goes a long way. i also think they should include more activities at the hotel.

The breakfast buffet provided many options.

My room smelled strongly of sewage, so I informed the front desk. They wanted to deodorize it with a machine instead of immediately offering a room change. I had to insist on changing rooms, an inconvenience. I did not receive any compensation, not even a partial refund.

faulty cardinflexible policy

i experienced this from day one, even after changing the card twice, a real inconvenience. the checkout was strict. They called before the actual time, and using the pool after checkout wasn't allowed. this rigidity diminishes the overall experience. I found it inflexible.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here, it was nothing short of really good. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment, from pancakes to arepas. Luis. The room was beautiful, so clean, new, and well-kept, it had a king size bed that was comfortable, and bathroom facilities were clean.

It was a slight inconvenience.
